The act of slighting, and thus denying a tip to, the next available person to give you a haricut because you are waiting for your person to finish with their current customer.
When Pat walked into Castle Barbers, he was immediately greeted by Anton, the dude with the long blond hair offering him a haircut. Pat noticed that his regular guy, Dimitri, was busy. As Pat wanted to wait for Dimitri to finish, he laid the Bay City Slice down on Anton, who was none-too-happy to be losing a lucrative tip.
