Often the result of partying a little bit too much at your Bar Mitzvah party (by consuming too much wine) or the result of leading your Bar Mitzvah service while sick.
Great job at the service, now comes the fun part...just don't take it too quickly or you might end up a barf mitzvah for the evening.
