When a Hot Carl goes badly wrong, if one suffocates from either the plastic wrap or oral blockage from not using plastic wrap. Did you hear about Janky? He tried giving Aaron a Hot Carl but didn't use plastic wrap... It quickly turned to Bad Carl once he choked on the steamer.
