Bffaw is a term used to describe a temporary best friend.

Best Friend For A While.

Karen: "I need a new best friend. I'm mad at mine."
Allan: "I'll be your new best friend!"
Karen: "Yay! ^__^"
Lina: "HEY! I wanted to be your best friend. >:|"
Karen: "Don't worry he's just my best friend for a while. You can be my next best friend."
Allan: "Yeah bffaw."
Allan+Karen=BFFAW :D
