Someone who rather than pursuing a real career in order to provide for the lifestyle they desire, chooses to kiss people's ass in order to get their bills paid, vacations, etc.

She was just another dumb blonde that didn't have any brains or ambition to get a real job, so instead she became a career ass kisser and kissed the ass of any guy that would buy her all the things she wanted and needed.

A person who speaks highly of a another person in an excess manner. This act of deference is most always done to gain a type of favor in return. An ass kisser is a person with low self esteem who sucks up to others in hope of an an enchanced social status as views by others.
