He is definitely asian.

Arters-Block

Arter is a combination of the words Writer and Artist. To have Arters-Block is to have no inspiration to create art or write any form of literature.

This is a play on words of the original term Writer's Block, givin git a more universal creative umbrella.

I have been feeling so uninspired, I have a bad case of Arters-Block.
I can't paint, I can't write, must be Arters-Block!

The exchange of goods or services between two or more people with creative or artistic skill sets and without any money actually transferring between parties.

1. "How much was that logo?

-I didn't pay anything for it. I designed a website for my friend, and she made the logo in return.
So you were artering?
-Exactly."
