A monster that appears in the Doom series. It's hard to kill and causes a lot of damage if its attack hits you. It also resurrects the enemies you just toasted.
In Doom 3 it spawns imps and maggots instead of resurrecting monsters, but it's equally powerful.

A demon that made its first appearance in Doom 2. It was a fast, heavy demon that can do a powerful fire hitscan attack and can ressurect demons that have a raise state. In Doom 3 it’s a slower demon, can teleport and summon demons to fight aside it. In Doom Eternal, it’s a super heavy demon that can summon a flame wall to protect it from the slayers arsenal(minus BFG tracers,Crucible, Bloodpunch). While the walls up, it will slowly summon demons unless disturbed or until the demons finish spawning. The existing demons also get buffed similar to a buff totem. It has a heavy fire attack similar to a whiplash ranged attack and can teleport for mobility in battle.
