Andy Dwyer is a fictional character from the popular television series know as "Parks and Recreation". He is extremely stupid and has know idea what he's doing. He has a band called "Mouse Rat", which contains of songs like "5000 Candles in the Wind", "Sex Hair", and "Catch Your Dream". Andy is married to April Ludgate, a sarcastic, 24 year old girl who doesn't like people. Or anything at all in general.
