The Anaheim Shopping Cart is a variation of the doggy-style sex position. The man enters the girl from behind (vaginal or anal) while the girl puts her hands behind her back and interlocks her fingers. The man then grabs her hands/wrists and pulls back, simulating the handle of a shopping cart, whilst carrying out intercourse.
