The act of showing someone your middle finger, or, flipping the bird.

Wow, that kid just gave the camera man the "american goose" right on national tv.

North American brown goose

An alternative name for “Canadia” goose. A common type of geese found throughout North America; that have a brown back, cream underbelly, and black head and neck with white cheeks.

Did you see that goose? I think it was a North American brown goose.
