A fictional gender that started in the bl fan fiction community. In the fan fiction community a fem-male is described as a male with dominantly female features and a uterus past they're prostate. Basically a guy with both male and female reproductive organs inspired by hermaphrodites... This fictional gender is mainly used for writing mpreg or male-pregnancy fanfictions
"How is he pregnant" y/n asked her friend as she saw pregnant male pass her in the hallway "oh he's a fem-male, they have a uterus and are able to get pregnant" her friend replies nonchalantly
