A hazing ritual designed by high school cross-country teams. It involves a member of the team swiftly ingesting 88 ounces of slurpee, then spinning around in 88 circles, or until they puke. If the person in question has not puked by then, they have to run around the track until they puke.

1: "Let's join the cross-country team!"

2: "I'm not sure, I heard they make you do 88's if you're a freshman."

88's is the term for a group of two or more fat woman who believe they are either a) better than everyone or b) Think they run their social group.

88's tend to waddle around in pairs whilst at the same time spreading rumours and trying to disrupt other pairs.
