When one exercises (often using bodybuilding parameters) to such an extent that his or her body becomes literally "swollen" with muscle. Simply put, it's when one becomes buff.

The University of Arizona's Student Recreation Center Expansion. It makes Globo Gym look like a Soviet-era sweat box. All of the hugest of the huge congregate and worship the gods of Bench Press and Bicep Curls. It is a life changing experience. Sleeves are not encouraged. If you aren't cracked out on NO-EXPLODE when you are there, you aren't doing it right.
