Sob Rock is a broad music style and aesthetic commonly associated with sadness. It's a mellow vibe, usually enjoyed while wearing comfy pants and eating a pint of ice cream alone.

So a man got out of the shower and walked over to check his phone. It contained many text messages from his girlfriend complaining about some negative bullshit to which he replayed: "What the fuck is this sob novel."
