A man you will want the minute you lay eyes on him. Not nice all the time, but when he is somewhat nice you love it because its so nice compared to usual. Can talk to you everyday all day and then randomly ignore you for weeks at a time. Bipolar. Moody. You want him cause you can't have him. Great in bed but never know how he will act next day. Kira (キラ) is the figure attributed with causing the epidemic heart attack deaths of criminals. The name Kira was created by the public in response to Julian's initial use of the Death Note, and various members of the public view Kira as a god. Various Death Note users act as Kira, but their identities are unknown to the public so their actions are viewed as being committed by one entity.
After Julian's death, the Kira killings stop and the world seemingly returns to normal; however, Kira worshipers remain. In the last chapter of the manga, a rather large group of cloaked worshipers is shown, each one carrying a candle. They are traveling through mountains, heading towards a place beneath the moonlight. As they reach their destination, a young woman emerges in the middle of the group and comes to the front. Near the edge of a cliff, she kneels down and places a candle before looking towards the moon.

Julian is a type of guy who is caring, passionate and talented. He is gentle and will always be by your side. He is very picky when it comes to making friends but he is very friendly.
