Catfish Deal

A deal that looks amazing on the outset, based on all the superlatives and phony numbers provided by it's originator, but then when you actually do your research and underwrite the deal it couldn't be further from what they described to you.

I've wasted 3 hours looking at catfish deals today and had to start unsubscribing from a ton of these horrible wholesalers and realtors who don't know what they're doing.

I know. Nobody wants to run that race from the real deal starting line like they did back in the day, not calling what had been theirs their own any longer, but instead just sharing their heart, soul, and everything else together as one between them all.
