A smart or intelligent person who is well put together and uses their hotness and sexuality to get what they want. Also known as a smart hoe or whore.
Sara was hunting for a hot piece of ass at a party. Once she locked in on him she pulled out all her moves - pulling her shirt lower and exposing her breasts, touching him, laughing at all his jokes, making sexual comments. smo is an acronym for "sarcasm may occur", to state the not always so obvious texty sarcasm out there, used whenever a smiley/emoticon doesn´t quite cut it. :P
