When the real Thor was missing, presumed dead, Tony Stark/Iron Man and Hank Pym used a hair that Tony had of Thor to make a robotic clone. It was first deployed in the Civil War storyline to combat Captain America's resistance, but it goes wild, shooting a lightning bolt at the hero Goliath, putting a giant gaping hole in his chest, killing him. This was a "programming error."
In the final battle in Civil War, Hercules is seen ripping Ragnarok apart.

Operation Ragnarok (ラグナロク作戦 Sakusen na' Ragunaroku), is a large offensive campaign taking place over the course of Mega Man Zero 4, ordered by Dr. Weil in order to maintain his tyrannic rule and is perhaps the scientist's most heinous scheme yet. The eight main bosses are used as a cover-up for the real threat: a space station under the name of Ragnarok. The final goal of Operation Ragnarok is to destroy Area Zero, the crash site of the space colony Eurasia in Mega Man X5.
