The act of praying or doing some other religious activity so public that the prayer flosser is attempting to make themselves look "holy". It's often done on Facebook by people who are religious, usually by Christians but can also be done by Muslims or any other follower of a religion.

Young boys, in there 3000$ 2 wheel drive V6 trucks they bought off of Facebook market place, who claim to be balling AKA “flossin” in Palatka Florida, “P town” if your a real inbred like the majority of palatkas population. If you are “Palatka Flossin” everytime you see another rusty and or beaten Sh#tbox or a squated truck with no mufflers, you must stick both hands out the window like a moron with both pointer fingers up.
