When someone mentions something that is outdated by something better or newer. Calling out conformity or "the traditional old ways". Used amongst primarily amongst gamers but can be used elsewhere.

Example 2:
Mate 1: Hey guys you want to come with me to get my new flip phone?
Mate 2: Flip phones in 2017.
