A phrase similar to so what?, used to show indifference towards whatever someone is saying. Often yelled, "ok and" originated as a response to someone who makes an excuse to not drink.
A: DRINK BITCH!!
B: I've been drinking for the last 5 hours...
A: OK AND??
M: I don't see you drinking, BITCH!
N: Dude I'm on my meds...
M: OK AND???

Said when expressing non-interest during online messaging, in a polite way. Usually said when someone says somethng that you have little interest in hearing about, but dont want to hurt their feelings by saying "shut up" because they'll probably cry.
