When someone acts homosexual or just plain is. It's like calling someone a fag, but in a more discreet way.

Elizabeth: Are you friends with that kid james?
John: Him? no way, i'm pretty sure he's for the rainbow.

When you are hallucinating and see a huge line in the sky full of colors. Most likely because you drank way too much of that "water".

Brian- "Look! It's a rainbow!"

Amelia- "Go back to bed honey."

Another way of saying "no homo", which is a phrase used after one inadvertently says something that sounds gay.
