1. Describing a state of floppiness, or distinct lack of rigidity.

2. Carefree and loose.

3. Moving about loosely, with little or no purpose (such as with an inflatable flailing arm air tube man).

"Gee, that frozen pizza is all floopy after I cooked it in the microwave."

"Based on those photos, Georgette sure seems floopy at the club."

"Your vagina is floopier than a half-deflated bounce-house."
