If you didn’t notice, this is, “THE Drop and Give Me Twenty.” The Drop and Give Me Twenty is a sex position that is best defined as a workout that will leave you sore for the following day- depending how many rounds you do.. The bottom holds the plank position whilst the top pushes (his penis) in by doing pushups.
