The phrase 'Balls In My Face' is a slang term which refers to the lack of "action" or attention from the opposite sex. This term can be used by both sexes though it is generally regarded as a term for conversation between males. A proper use of the term "Balls in My Face" can be phrased; "Last night I tried to take this girl home but I got balls in my face" This example refers to a girl who refuses to sleep with or commit sexual acts with a male and goes home instead. Balls in my face is also a term that can used to describe an extended period of time when a male or female doesn't receive sexual gratification from the opposite sex. An example is as follows.
