Region Locked 

(A slang term used in Magic: the Gathering.)

When an opponent takes control over one of your creatures or planeswalkers, but they cannot use/activate effects because the opponents deck is built around a different colour of mana.

Player 1: "I took control of your Moorland Inquisitor with my Mind Flayer!"
Player 2: "Yes, but you can't use his ability because he is region locked."

Essentially means 'keep listening to this audio stream'.

Refers to locking your analogue radio to a particular station for extended listening, though in the modern day, it's more likely you're listening to a webcast or internet radio instead.

We've got the freshest beats from the underground just waiting to explode out of your soundsystems, so keep it locked (down (tight)).

Lokke 

Home fire/Hearth fire.

Supernatural glimmering creature associated with hearth fires which take care of the well-being of the entire home. Flame/Light.

A name.

Lokke's flame licks the cast iron pot, causing it to bubble and boil.

The fire flickered against the walls in such a beautiful way as if Lokke was hard at work to create them.

Lokke is an eccentric person.
