An exclamation made to signify something happy, exciting, arousing, or positive. It can be considered a variant of hell yeah but it is a more of a lifestyle change. Once one has dropped the L's and replaced them with the almighty W, the L's begin to sound strange and the original phrase loses meaning. Hew yeah is the new hell yeah with style!

Dr Hews was an ankle surgeon in the 1200's from Derby. He was well known for making common mistakes during ankle surgery.
