A play on word used to describe the conclusion of the New England Patriots 2007 season in their loss at Super Bowl XLII. They had a perfect season coming in with 18-0 and lost to the New York Giants 17-14, hence 1 Giant loss.

18 wins, 1 Giant loss - the conclusion of the New England Patriot's near perfect season.
