The term "Chee" is relatively used as an expression of excitement towards an action. It can also be a reaction to something that has already occurred. The term became popular amongst Millenials, originated in Kerman, CA, and has since spread globally. The second syllable *ee* can be extended based on the amount of excitement warranted by the speaker.
"Dad I got an A on my final exam" Dad: "Chee!"
"Ay bro, I bought you a ticket to the game for your birthday" Bro: "Cheee!"
"Babe, the pregnancy test came out negative" Me: "Cheeeeee!"

If you have a chee in your life, your lucky. Chee is as shiny as a star. Chee can sometimes be sassy rude and bossy, but most of the shes nice and caring! Do anything not to lose her. Chee will try her hardest to do anything even on a test.
