Rotees are mean but nice. They are affecinate and stick with their friends. They are really good friends and are hard to come by. They have random emotions and are super nice.

When a mentally challenged person tries to compose a 'ransom note'. Outcomes vary from asking for a billion dollars in an age when this is a small amount of currency to being unable to write said note, due to lack of literacy.
Today I stole this dude's phone, and wrote him a total 'namson rote', all I could come up with was that I had it, and he should give me somthing so I would give it back. I totally choked.

To make someone memorize so much information that they cant handle it and pass out. Originates from rote memorization, meaning learning through repetition.
