I needed to quit my job, so my friend told me to 'throw um up dubs' office space style and get outta there.

Refers to doubling anything up however in this context it specifically refers to either drinks or girls.

"Man its about time I get this girl and Dub er up"
Guy 1 says "What are you doing tonight?"
Guy 2 says "Dubbin er up with a dub er in hand"
