A ditz, or a ditzy person is someone who is being stupid or day dreaming. It can also be a person of random inclination.

Sarah: Look, I'm a bunny *boingboingboing*
Sammy: Sarah, you are such a ditz sometimes!

Someone, usually a girl, usually blonde, who is pretty but rather stupid. Sarah Sanderson in the movie Hocus Pocus is a prime example.

Friend: "OMG! Sarah Sanderson is, like, my idol!
Me: She's such a ditz, though.
