Any misdiagnosed medical condition, not necessarily involving a sore throat. Punning on "screp" and "strep throat".

This isn't such a good hospital---the doctors are always diagnosing screp throat.

Screp

Scrap Mechanic. Also sometimes reffered to as 'Minecraft for adults'.

Joe: "Hey Beeilly, do yall wanna play sum Minecra..Minecraft wiff me?"

Billy: 'Hahahaha, why no thanks Joe, I switched to Scrap Mechanic since turning 18 last week, you know.. because real adults doen play Minecrap, we play screp o.O'
