Acronym for Parents Television Council. Founded in 1995 by Brent Bozell I, it claims to be the most influential child advocacy group. It is often criticized by athiest liberals, who, IMO have corrupt morals.

Short for Phoenix Terror Clan. A gang started in Phoenix Arizona who have been known for tagging up half of arizona, selling drugs, and are extremely violent. One of the only nation gangs to have at least one member from almost every national gang. They wear grey bandanas to the right of theyre back pockets. They're also a music group featured on myspace one of many affilliated with harlem rap group DipSet.
