Guilt trip 

A manipulation tactic: making someone feel guilty so that guilt acts as an incentive to think or behave a way they normally wouldn't. Often involves the manipulator acting victimised or making grand gestures to create emotional debt.
John left Sally on such a guilt trip for leaving him that she ended up crawling back even though she knows he's a complete shit

guilty giggles 

A fit of uncontrollable laughter that may overcome a person who has been correctly accused of a small offense. The guilty giggles will reveal a persons guilt despite the fact that they are still trying to cover it up.
Dad got the guilty giggles when Nicole accused him of eating the last piece of ice cream cake.

When you enjoy a type of music or particular program but you are to ashamed to admit you listen to it/ watch it to your friends and family.
I love watching Air Crash Investigation, but I dont want to watch it in publlic because I don't want to be judged. its my guilty pleasure
