Usually used by someone who is salty at the fact that someone doesn't want to have sex with them. Commonly used by fvckboys:

Used mainly In Ireland. Especially in the south East.its means somebody who hasn't shifted somebody, or meet anybody. Shifting and nearing is French kissing basically. You are still a frigid if you kissed someone.
