The great and magnificent Prime Minister of Italy. Look up his hilarious quotes on wikiquote.org. Besides being the PM, he's also a playboy, the former owner of AC Milan, and may other things. Did I mention that he gets lots of hot women?
Berlusconi has said many great things, some hilarious, some wise and some both:

A specific type of shoe a man wears when they are deficient in height. A Berlusconi Shoe has specific characteristics such as having a higher than average heal and/or thick sole to pack in those vitally needed inches and is usually made out of polished leather. Named after the world famous Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi, a well known advocate and wearer of this type of shoe, standing at a mere 5' 4'' (1.65 m) his shoes together with crafty camera angles allowed him to look a little taller on television.
