Pig 

A sexual position in which the woman is hung by a hook which pierces her back and holds her up, usually a meat hooker in butchers used for hanging pigs. Once said woman has been hung on the hook you can then perform sexual acts with her.

Pig 2.0 is the same as the first Pig sexual position but the hook pierces through the anus and hangs the woman upside down.
