A derogatory term (insult) used to say that somebody looks like a lice. You must use the proper grammar for it and say that they are one singular lice. Not a louse, a lice.
"You are such a lice."
"dont say that, man.. that hurt my feelings.. im not a lice...."
"Yes you are, you LICE."

lice refers to someone that is a snitch. See snitches have lice. And they sometimes are bald. So if you're a snitch... you have lice.So don't snitch... cuz then you'll have lice
