The type of dude that would take your last cigarette. 99% of Billy's are dead beat dads(multiple kids), wife beaters, alcoholics, drug addicts, compulsive liars, thieves, carriers of STD's, meth heads/cooks, snitches, inmates, and pretty much white trash racist rednecks. Billy's like to talk shit, but only lay hands on women. They also work under the table so that child support can't be taken out. A popular occupation for a Billy is srapping metal. They often reside in mobile homes with their mother, who also has Billy like tendencies.
