Well...the word shtoot came about when me and my cousin were in our boat and she farted...but it was quiet...which it a silent toot....shtoot. So then we just started to call eachother shtoots or shtooters

Get the shtootmug. When a individual is acting as if they where to be on drugs, but are clearly sober. So when someone is acting like a dumbfuck or even just being a small hint of a annoying, you can use the word Shtooted. It can hold hella wait or it can mean nothing at all and be a harmless joke. Very versatile.
