The Binding of Isaac is an indie roguelike video game designed by Edmund McMillen released September 28th 2011 for Microsoft Windows, OS X and Linux
TBOI (Which stands for The binding of Isaac) is a top-down dungeon crawler game, it plays similar to the dungeons in The legend of zelda, but here, all the levels (Or floors, whatever you wanna call it) are randomly generated like in most roguelike games

the act of gratuitously enjoying a meal found within a garbage bin or dumpster. Usually reserved for the homeless or inconceivably drunk, but can be enjoyed by anyone from all walks of life.

A Binet jockey is slang for a psychometrician: someone who administers psychological tests. From the perennial instrument, The Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale. This term may convey anything from affection to scorn, depending on the context.
As a M.S. in a school system, Bettina was nothing but a glorified Binet jockey; but it paid the bills.
