A term that was coined by my group of droogs (Nate Wadden in particular). Referring to when you are smoking a cigar -which for some reason (ripped in half, tip fell off, or just poorly made) has a loosely rolled back end- and some loose tobacco gets into the mouth while inhaling, causing a very unpleasant sensation.
I hate it when my cigar Indian Avalaches and I have to pick the tobacco out of my mouth.
