Pronounced middle-oid. A term used to describe anyone looking like they are from the Middle East. Whether they are Saudi, Syrian, Iranian, Iraqi, Kuwaiti, Lebanese, or any other dark skinned race in the surrounding areas.
Friend: "Did you see that man on the news yesterday?"
Me: "The dark skinned middleoid that was on the run?"
Friend: " Uh, yeah that one! They caught him last night."
Me: "Cool."
