when a person is completely dressed in red. usually a blood gang member. when bloods would be together or have a squad to prove something they are "blooded out"

they trying to show people who you are or represent or they are proving loyalty to the gang

Blonded out 

When a person enters a stage of drunk following buzzed but subsequent to blacked out. This stage is very common in blondes and symptoms include: dancing wildly, getting arrested, puking, drinking, having blonde hair, remember part of last nights events, and having blue eyes. If your friend has any of these symptoms please sit back and enjoy the ride.
