OFIFU is the acronym of the phrase "Oh Fuck I Fucked Up".
It can be used in replacement for your friends name when they do something stupid aka fuck up!

This also can be molded into various forms:

Ofifian: a race of people who fuck up
Ofifed or Ofifud: both the verb form of Ofifu
