1. The Spamming of Macros
2. A block of text assigned to a macro, allowing text to be spammed with one macro-press
3. A catchphrase (text) hooked up to a macro, allowing easy saying of said catchphrase

(having just gotten a slew of kills while going rambo, you might macrospam the following:)

(which would only be 5 button presses)
