A stupid, mean, or other wise lousy person who says something that contradicts your own opinion. He or she may say it in a ignorant or offensive way, though is not always the case, you just do not like them.
Person A) "Tom is a pretty chill dude, I mean, that weed he sold me was great"
Person B) "Actually it was half tea..."
Person A) "Shut up, fat conkle!"
Person B) "Actually it was half tea..."
