(verb) The act of provoking someone with a poke. The most targeted area is the stomach region, and can also be used with the "I'm not touching you" technique of harrasment.
To really get your annoyance on, moisten your finger and perform a propoke right into someone's ear to create the Wet Willy.

Usually done by smaller siblings to piss off older siblings.
