One that cannot seem to hold onto ROMs.
A whorder that is'nt any good at whorder'ing.
Some dude that is goofy.
Someone that thinks that the other person allready has the ROM, but sends it anyways like an idiot.

Someone gives a ROM to NEOAethyr that he cannot give out.
Someone will ask NEOAethyr for this ROM.
NEOAethyr sent the ROM thinking the other guy allready had it.
